The Farmer's Market Cookie - A perfect breakfast cookie or 'take on a hike cookie'. Oats, pecans, dried cherries, coconut and chocolate. Semi-sweet and bittersweet chocolate chips. Then a hint of cinnamon and the perfect amount of salt. The edges are crispy and the center is chewy. It's going to be a good morning.
I had named the Crazy Corn Cookie the Farmer's Market Cookie for a short while. I changed it to The Crazy Corn Cookie because this is Mineral Wells and I had to name a cookie after Crazy. What better cookie than one made with corn?!?
