The Crazy Corn Cookie w/ Browned Butter Icing - So unassuming, so much flavor! This cookie is so craveable! There aren't any nuts, not a single chocolate chip(!), yet this buttery and sweet satisfying cookie is so pure in flavor and simplicity. I've heard many people say that they tried and love 'corn ice cream', sounds like a weird flavor of ice cream, but if it tastes as good as this cookie, I'm all in! Perfect with a cup of coffee, too.
