These are the BEST Gingersnaps out there!! Chewy in the middle and crispy edges, fragrant with spices, but not overly done. Rolled in sugar for the crunch, and these are the best dunking cookies too, for that ice cold glass of milk you're craving or with your hot cup of coffee These are big cookies, too:)
