Blueberry Lemon Muffins with Cinnamon Sugar Crunch & Lemon Icing Drizzle - I like muffins, wasn't something I just crave, until I came up with these. Seriously!! Lots of fresh blueberries, a bit of dried blueberries, fresh lemon juice & zest. I created a better blueberry muffin that has butter, just less than before, instead I added sour cream plus buttermilk for richness. Fresh ground nutmeg was exactly what the cinnamon sugar crunch needed, then that sweet & tart fresh lemon icing drizzle brought it full circle. - 9 Muffins - BTW, the muffins are jumbo size 😉
